Account Coordinator

Assist customers with Import/Export brokerage and freight forwarding. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; prepare and execute documents for U.S. customs and other government agency releases; day to day customer service management; quote rates; track shipments; billing; international and domestic freight coordination; data entry; and general clerical duties as assigned. Marisol International is a participant in the CTPAT program and, as such, requires safety and security to be a responsibility of all personnel. Each individual will be provided training and is responsible to report any threats or anomalies to management or security immediately.

  • Must be a team player, but able to work independently on given responsibilities; Must have proven customer service experience; strong skills in Math and Geography; Strong computer skills; Ability to multi-task and make independent decisions.

Inside Sales Representative

Supports Sales & Marketing Programs by performing the following duties: • Targets & Solicits new and existing clients; continual follow up • Assist Account Executives with Generating Revenue by Converting Prospects into Shipping Clients • Maintaining and Reporting of Sales Leads • Lead Qualification and Generation • Implementation, Execution, and Tracking of Marketing Initiatives • Scheduling of Face to Face Calls for Account Executives • Assists Vice President with Sales Reports • Provide Accurate and Timely Information to Account Executives • Assists Sales and Pricing Team with Negotiations, Quotes and Quotation Strategies • Assists Account Executives with Familiarity of Client Products, Services, and Expectations • Monitor and Evaluate Competitor Sales Activity • New Customer Implementation • Other duties as assigned by Executive Team Marisol International is a participant in the CTPAT program and, as such, requires safety and security to be a responsibility of all personnel.   • 1-3 years’ transportation industry experience, previous sales experience helpful.
  • Previous experience with CRM Software such as HubSpot or Salesforce a plus.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills including formal presentation skills before both small and large groups;
  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on preparing rates; Must be able to work independently on given assignments as well as be able work in a team environment; Outgoing and assertive personality; Basic financial skills; margin management; Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Senior Account Executive Texas

Position Title: Account Executive Scheduled Hours: Full Time FLSA Status: Exempt Dept/Loc: Sales/Service Center Reports to: Vice President, Sales Location: Dallas, TX Purpose: Exceed sales expectations of designated territory by promoting and developing business relationships with new and existing clients through professional sales techniques resulting in revenue generation. Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: • Develops new business through a variety of prospecting and development techniques, keeping profitability intact with growth. • Builds and maintains relationships with customer through regular professional communication & contact, making multiple contacts with the accounts hierarchy. • Collaborates with Operations to understand current customer’s needs and resolve any issues or concerns. • Develops account pricing requirements and submits for corporate approval. • Completes weekly sales reports and account profiles as needed. • Responds to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and ethical manner. • Demonstrates excellent knowledge of Marisol International services in all customer and prospect interactions. • Assists with collections. • Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. • Provides leadership to other employees through example and sharing of knowledge/skill. • Follows up on potential leads and new opportunities for growth opportunities. • Other duties as assigned by Marisol International Executive Team Receives very general guidance with respect to overall objectives; operates within division or department policy guidelines using independent judgment in achieving assigned objectives. General Manager

Description: The General Manager is the leader of the entire operations team, providing direction, guidance, corrective action and support to each of the members of the team, with support of the Team Lead or department supervisors. The General Manager has a fiduciary duty to the company to ensure client retention, financial health, staff development and office sales goals are met by the team. Responsibilities: Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to; • Ensures customs compliance by exercising reasonable care and control over office • Manages and/or approving post entry operations and day to day operational support including systems, client questions and research • Client set up, introduction and maintenance • Assists in growth of company/business development and profitability • Monitors annual budget and ensures financial goals are met, providing updates and progress regularly to executive team • Assists in rate negotiations by supplying pertinent data and customer requirements to management, in addition to overseeing rate filings for local clients • Works in conjunction with sales team to vet potential business opportunities • Answers all general inquiries and quotes promptly • Interviews, hires, terminates, executes corrective action and participates in regular staff conversations • Oversees time keeping system and ensures accurate time is recorded for approval • Conducts annual reviews for exempt/supervisor employees and others if needed • Recommends and implements salary changes for staff • Other duties as assigned.
